The Department of Language, Reading and Exceptionalities includes professionals in communication disorders, reading, and special education. This enables the department to provide innovative programs focusing, in a transdisciplinary fashion, on all facets of language, reading and specific areas of exceptionality. All students pursuing programs in the LRE department must meet all requirements for admission into the Reich College of Education. The Department of Language, Reading, and Exceptionalities has adopted RCOE's Mission Statement.
